Two men are participating in the technical update seminar to help them manage the Linux servers hosted by the project weather information systems in the region of the serengeti desert in Tanzania. The project focusses on identifying what regions are suffering extreme drought, and where the rain is predicted so that farmers can anticpate with the planting and harvesting of their crops.
