IICD's M&E system focusses on being a learning instrument for
all parties involved. Evaluation reports are produced in all countries
to capture the results from data analyses and Focus Group Meetings.
IICD also produces country and sector booklets to investigate the
situation at a higher level and share the lessons learned. Further, a
Smart Toolkit is
the result of collaboration between IICD, CTA and KIT. It is developed
for organisations interested in learning how to improve their project
management practices as well as develop a culture of evaluation.
Learning reports
In each of IICD focal countries the local M&E partner is
producing one or two country evaluation reports per year. These reports
contain quantitative and qualitative data, meaning the results of the
data analyses in combination with the outcomes of the Focus Group
Meeting. Since the M&E system is based on trust, honestly and
openness, the complete report is not made public. However, the main
findings can be read in the below Management Summaries which are
abstracts based on each report.
