- IT company Altran, part of the French Altran Group, recently signed an agreement for three years with IICD. The company will send her employees to development projects in Africa. The collaboration is mainly focusing on sharing knowledge and expertise in the field of e-governance with both IICD and its local partners in Africa who want to apply ICT to alleviate poverty and to improve basic facilities like good governance.
