New Team leader Knowledge Sharing at IICD

Ms Oranje holds a MA degree in Social Sciences, specialisation “Andragologie” (Management of Organisational Change and Adult Education). She has 22 years of experience in monitoring of development projects, management training and consultancy. Ms Oranje is skilled in organisational analysis, policy development, training and evaluation. She has experience as organisation advisor, international consultant, manager and management trainer for higher officers of local authorities. She worked in various settings, in public institutions as well as in the nongovernmental sector. Her areas of interest are: institutional development, civil society, decentralisation (to local government), private sector development, water and sanitation, women and development, and children’s rights. Before starting at IICD she was the Country coordinator East and Southern Africa at SNV (Netherlands Development Organisation).
