to fulfil our mission of supporting ICT-enabled development
programmes.
Local partners in Africa and Latin America are the owners of the
IICD supported activities. They work at project, programme and
policy-making levels. Our local partners have various backgrounds:
grassroots, non-profit, government and private. IICD’s works together
with the partners in Africa and Latin America to help realise their
development goals and objectives in ICT for development
