Presenting IICD - a short video

IICD supports over 130 ICT projects, in 9 countries, and across 5 different development sectors. Each project has evolved with intricacies and nuances that have made them unique so explaining one, would never suffice to explain all.

There are, however, elements that bind all our projects together. Namely, they are driven by local demand, they are owned by local stakeholders, and they focus on long-term, independent sustainability.

To illustrate this integral aspect of our work, this short film - Presenting IICD – takes a look at two projects: a rural information system project in Uganda and a tele-medicine project in Mali. The interviews shown are snippets from longer interviews which will be available to watch in the coming months.
