Introducing Health at IICD

IICD's current project portfolio has relatively few health projects although this number is steadily growing as demand for the use of ICTs in this field increases. With a significant focus on local health content, telemedicine and health information resources, activities already under implementation in this thematic field will result in workshops, publications and pilot projects over the course of 2003. IICD has intensified activities with several important health partners so demand from project partners can now be embedded in an active and experienced network.
